The menu items that were the reduction of trans fats were McPatatas, French Fries, Potato Hashbrown, Pays, McNuggets, McPollo, Crispy Chicken Breast and McTrío Marino.

The company is constantly developing its procedures provided in order to assure its customers the highest quality products and food safety. McDonald’s conducted a very thorough investigation, which aimed to reduce the levels of these fats in their products, seeking a type of oil does not produce any alteration in taste and texture of food, nor cause any impact along of life.
