Symptoms of caffeine in excessive amounts can cause restlessness, trembling, dizziness, ringing ears and heart palpitations. Difficulty falling asleep is also a known effect.
In the long term consequences it has. Too much caffeine prevents the body to take minerals like iron, while the amount of calcium is extracted from the bones strong.
Differences Between Ekspreso and Caffeine
