When eating the fruit?
There are myths saying that eating fruit for dessert or fat can be fermented. Far from believing these things, consider the only proven fact: we have to eat 3-4 pieces of fruit a day. The question is where and how to distribute them, and this is something more personal.
Maybe some people the fruit into the dessert did not feel very well efcto by producing satiety and digestion after they are made heavier. No problem, breakfast, midmorning snack or are an ideal time for introducing the fruit into the diet.
