When calories are severely limited, people also learn to eat regularly, and sit down and enjoy the food.


Gulping down fast food while driving is a poor eating habit that too many people have fallen into. Once this bad habit is stopped for a month while on the HCG plan, a person realizes how bad that food was making them feel. Healthy eating habits are essential to maintaining weight loss after completing the HCG diet plan. While HCG does reset the metabolism so weight doesn’t creep back on, it can’t counter a person who routinely eats three of four servings of meat and potatoes at each meal.

Other benefits of following the HCG diet plan are associated with better health and weight loss, such as lower blood pressure. Obesity may cause high blood pressure in some people, and once the weight drops off, the blood pressure reverts back to normal. Just another good reason to lose that weight!
