Differences Between Ekspreso and Caffeine

Espresso contains different than you would think less caffeine than regular coffee from the percolator or filter coffee. This is because the steam so quickly that the coffee is finally blown relatively little caffeine in the cup.

Instant coffee is usually contains less lyophilized caffeine than coffee fresh.

What is too much, is individual. On average, a Dutch man about 600 mg caffeine per day, and the Dutch woman about 500 mg. Most people experience no such problems. People who find they are sensitive to caffeine may be more limited to about 400 mg. Do not forget the chocolate and cola to count.
