Constipated Attack

Chronic constipation increases in internal abdominal pressure in the veins and blood lead to a hernia and varicose veins whose symptoms are painful. Older people who suffer from constipation at a higher risk of getting a heart attack during the passage of stool. Exercise may also lead to fainting due to temporary reduction of blood flow to the brains. Patients with constipation often faced with tears in the anal canal and bleeding during the passage of hard stools. Constipation causes a blockage in the intestine that can lead to kidney failure.

The best treatment of constipation is a sufficient intake of fluids everyday. We must ensure the presence of sufficient amount of digestible dietary fiber in the diet with grains such as wheat, horse gram. Vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, drumstick and bitter gourd are also rich in dietary fiber. Fruits such as guava and plantain and spices like pepper, coriander and dietary fiber also sufficient quantities. Chronic constipation improves through plenty of exercise.
